It can be obtained from the early in the game. Exp can be passed to other members of the party without the need to send them out to battle. This provides an efficient way to increase a Pokemon’s Exp even if it doesn’t have any attack moves.
Keep in mind that if your Pokemon faints, it doesn’t gain any Exp.

· Rare Candy
This item boosts your Pokemon’s level by 1 for each time it is used.
Since Rare Candy does not have any restrictions, it is recommended to be used after is beyond level 95.
It is recommended to use this item on Pokemon that are bred with the desired Nature and Individual Values (IV) but only after these have fully invested in Effort Values (EV).
To obtain a Rare Candy, you can visit the Cafe inside the Pokemon Center everyday after giving one of your party Pokemon 15 Pokebeans using Pokemon Refresh.

If your Pokemon is holding a Lucky Egg, you can obtain 1.5 times the Exp.

The best way to earn Exp in these versions is to challenge the Pokemon League again. This method is recommended for Pokemon level 50 and below.
Since the Pokemon of the Elite Four members and the Champion will be drastically higher, challenging them again will distribute even more Exp.

If you have defeated the Hall of Fame for the first time, and your festival ranking is higher than 30, you will unlock Premium Services. Among them includes Rare Set in Festival Plaza’s Rare Kitchen.
If you purchase the Rare Dinner (Sun Only) for 100 Festival Coins (FC), you can raise the level by 7. This method can be used up to level 80.
