What is Magby?
Magby first appeared in Pokemon Gold and Silver. Its evolution, Magmar, came first before it, appearing in the first generation of Pokemon. Although it’s a Pokemon that appeared in Gold and Silver, Magby is the lower form of Magmar. With Magmar it shares the characteristic, Flame Body. Magmar and Magby both have Flame Body as their inherent abilities, so you may want to capture either of the two.
Where do you find Magby?
Magby appears in the grassy areas of Wela Volcano Park on Akala Island. Magby might appear near Cubone. Magby is relatively easier to get, but is still rarer than Cubone.
