What are Followers?
Allies that you will meet as you progress through the game.
In Metaphor: ReFantazio, followers are allies and supporters you’ll meet along your journey. Similar to Persona’s Social Links, many will assist you in combat, while others offer different forms of support. Each follower has a unique backstory and objectives, which will unfold as you strengthen your bonds with them.
Unlocks new Archetypes
Once you have gained a new Follower, they will also unlock a new type of Archetype, which your allies can study and utilize in battle. Followers play a crucial role in the game, as most of them are playable characters and each one of them comes with a new Archetype.
Unlocks new Abilities
As you strengthen your bond with your Followers, you will gain various Abilities that can help with your journey. Look for Followers to unlock new Archetypes and Abilites.
