How to Change Characters in Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga
Free Play Mode Only
You can choose to play as various characters you have unlocked in Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga while playing in Free Play mode. Once you have cleared certain missions during the main story, you will be able to revisit and explore them again at your leisure using different playable characters, including those not within the timeline of certain episodes.
Steps to Change Your Character in Free Play Mode
To change your character, simply select the Characters tab from the Holoprojector while in Free Play mode. Then, choose your character from those you have unlocked throughout the game. You can now freely replay the missions you have completed as any character apart from those that you are stuck with during specific story routes.
About Changing Characters in Free Play Mode
Some Collectibles Can Only Be Obtained in Free Play Mode
Collectibles, particularly Minikits, can only be obtained by using specific character classes that are normally unavailable outside of Free Play mode. Because of this, it is recommended to play through the various levels again once you have completed them to obtain all Collectibles in the game.
