Alatreon Walkthrough

Introduction

It is the last monster in MH3.
It appears in HR80 quest in guild hole.
Fighting with It is done in Sacred Land , but is done another map.
(Therefore hone is not stuck at wall)

Characteristic

Weekpoint is different by thunder mode and ice mode.
Usually when valid ice at normal mode.
And effective dragon in the ice mode.
Water is valid for both mode.

There is damage location in the field.
Also , the erupted lava when it roars and attack.

Walkthrough Point

Head is weekpoint.
If you have the chance , attack to head.

Paralysis is enabled.
You should attack the weaknesses of head while it is paralysed.
Also,it is effective riding the beat because being able to ride on Alatreon.

Bringing down using Flash Bomb while flying Alatreon is effective.
But it is difficult to measure the timing.

Hunter becomes Fireblight or Dragonblight When you attacked normal Alatreon.
Also,Hunter becomes Iceblight or Thunderblight When you attacked ice Alatreon.
Use Nulberry.

In case of an approach weapon is useful at Aerial Style because it is often flying.
It is important point that can make Alatreon be downed.

The high attack weapon that don’t has attribute is effective , because Alatreon ‘s weekpoint is change.

Alatreon attack pattern

Explosion breath	Breathing fire and exprosion forward.
Rush attack	The attack rushing forward. If you receive this attack,become Dragonblight.
Thunderbolt attack	The attack thunder.
Scratch attack	The attack scratching with forefoot.
Buck jump fire breath	Breating fire While jumping to buck.
Ice breath	It use when is in air. It keep breathing ice ton ground. Or,Breathing icicle.
Thunder beat	The attack beating with thunder by continuation in air.
Droping icicle	Using this attack when is in air. Drops down icicle on ground after cold air converges at Alatreon.
