Below are all post-game unlockables in No More Heroes 3 (NMH III), including new game modes, obtainable outfits, features, and content that become available after clearing the game’s main story on any difficulty mode.

New Game Plus (NG+)

Beating the game unlocks New Game Plus (NG+) which allows you to replay the game with all of your acquired Death Chips, Sushi, items, skills, upgrades, and money carried over. You can head back to previous areas of the game if you missed clearing any side missions, collectibles, and other objectives to get 100% completion (Platinum).

You can access NG+ by accessing it from the game’s title screen after completing your first playthrough. Select New Game+ from below Load Game to begin the game mode.

New Outfits

Travis’ outfits from No More Heroes (NMH I), No More Heroes 2 (NMH II), and Travs Strikes Again (TSA) are also unlocked at the wardrobe once you beat the game. You can also choose to wear any of these outfits with or without the jacket and freely swap the shirt underneath to your liking.

Carolina Reaper Difficulty Mode

The game’s hardest difficulty setting, Carolina Reaper, also becomes available after clearing the main story. This mode is essentially the game’s version of Very Hard mode and has similar features to Spicy (Hard) difficulty. You will only gain neutral or negative effects from the Roulette upon death and only one of each type of Sushi can be purchased from the shop.

How to Unlock Carolina Reaper Difficulty

Enemies in Carolina Reaper have even more health and dish out more damage than in any other difficulty setting, making combat extremely challenging.
