Trumpeter also has the Elec Amp skill, allowing him to be used as an Elec attacker as well as adopt a wide variety of approaches to battle.

High-priority Persona to fuse.

Fusing Trumpeter is a required Persona for Margaret’s Social Link request (make a Trumpeter with the Mind Charge skill). In addition, the Debilitate skill card can be obtained by extracting skills with Chagall so Trumpeter is a high-priority Persona to fuse.

Yoshitsune is a Persona with a very powerful special skill called “Hassou Tobi”. This lets him unleash 8 powerful Physical attacks on all enemies which will deal massive damage on enemies that are not resistant to the attribute. Yoshitsune also has excellent stats, resistances, and other skills. In terms of Physical attack alone, Yoshitsune is the best Persona to get.

Obtain powerful skills via Fusion Forecast.

Yoshitsune can be created with a powerful skill learned in the December Fusion Forecast. Fusing him specifically on the December 19th (12/19) Fusion Forecast lets him learn the “Arms Master” skill. Meanwhile, if you fuse Yoshitsune during the Fusion Forecast on December 24th (12/14), he will gain the “Debilitate” skill. Note that December 24th (12/19) is a Christmas event. If you do not have the relevant skill card, one option to gain the skills you want is to wait for this time in the game.

Moderate Firepower.

Excellent Resistances
