Character	Advantages
Barbara	Has high VIT and COM making her a solid front-row tank and healer. Has average HP, AGI, and STR stat growth but is still flexible to wield any Physical Weapon Type. Has a balanced initial BP (at 40% start) and BP regen (+6 BP regen max). If you picked her as your starter main character, she will gain +1 BP regen and +2 LP when you obtain the Faerie’s Crown item.
Claudia	Has high DEX and AGI making her a strong and quick back-row damage. Has average stat growth on her other stats. Has the highest BP regen at +7 BP even without the Faerie’s Crown. Has lower initial BP (at 20% start) but can be mitigated with Chalice or Talent Blaster. If you picked her as your starter main character, she will gain +1 BP regen and +2 LP when you obtain the Faerie’s Crown item. She will be the main character with the overall highest LP (at 19 LP). Unfortunately, the +1 BP bonus will not be beneficial since BP regen is locked up to +7 BP only. Has the ability to recruit animal companions early game. However, they are not effective anymore during mid to late game.
Jamil	Has high DEX making him a powerful Foil and Bow damage dealer. Has average Magic damage. Has a balanced initial BP (at 50% start) and BP regen (+5 BP regen max). If you picked him as your starter main character, he will gain +1 BP regen and +2 LP when you obtain the Faerie’s Crown item. He will have +14 LP instead.
Hawke	Has high HP and VIT making him a strong Physical damage dealer. Has average AGI, and DEX stat growth which makes him the best rogue character. Has a balanced initial BP (at 50% start) and BP regen (+5 BP regen max). If you picked him as your starter main character, he will gain +1 BP regen and +2 LP when you obtain the Faerie’s Crown item. He will have +16 LP instead.

Dowd	A character somewhat similar to Barbara but with a BP region at +6.
Guella Ha	A balanced non-main character with +16 LP, 30% starting BP, and +5 BP regen.
Farah	A balanced non-main character with +16 LP, +30% starting BP, and +5 BP regen.
Herman	A non-main character with +18 LP. Also has a +30% starting BP, and +5 BP regen making him last in long battles.
Minstrel	A non-main character with +16 LP, 40% starting BP, and +5 BP regen. Works well as a tank.
