Baramos Overview
HP | MP | Atk | Def | Agi |

EXP | Gold | Drop | ||
65,535 | 0 | None |
Recovers 100 HP per turn.
Baramos possesses the ability to automatically regenerate 100 HP each turn. Therefore, if your attack inflicts less than 100 damage, the boss will simply recover and negate the impact of your attacks. Prepare your party and try to overwhelm the boss with powerful attacks.
Baramos Moveset and Attack Patterns
In addition to strong attacks, Baramos occasionally acts twice in a turn. Its attack pattern is as follows: Kaboom→ Normal Attack→ Fierce Flame→ Normal Attack → Kafrizzle → Fuddle → Kaboom → Blasto, repeating this sequence. Be mindful of your party’s HP, as the boss can deal damage to your entire party per turn.
Moveset | |
---|---|
Normal Attack | A standard single-target physical attack. |
Kaboom | Deals around 60–90 damage to a group of enemies |
Fierce Flame | Deals around 80–100 damage to a group of enemies |
Kafrizzle | Deals around 100 damage to a single target |
Fuddle | Causes confusion to one target |
Blasto | Removes the target from the battle |
How to Beat Baramos
Use Fizzle to prevent Baramos from casting spells.
Although the success rate is low, using Fizzle to prevent Baramos from casting spells can make this battle a lot easier. Additionally, the Staff of Antimagic has the same effect as the Fizzle spell, allowing you to increase the chance of sealing Baramos spellcasting.
Put Baramos to sleep.
The Snooze spell and the Snooze Stick item can be used to put Baramos to sleep, stopping it from taking action for a turn. If Baramos falls asleep, you’ll have an opportunity to cast support spells and heal on the next turn, improving your party’s condition. It’s recommended to purchase Snooze Stick in the Super Secret Faerie Village for characters who cannot cast spells, increasing your chances of putting Baramos to sleep.
Boost the Defense of your party.
Aside from restricting the boss’ actions, preparing to counter normal attacks and flames is also crucial in this battle. Use Kabuff and Insulatle to reduce incoming damage.
Boost the Attack of your damage dealers.
Sap and Oomph are spells that you can utilize to increase your overall damage. Since Baramos has automatic HP recovery, maximize your damage per turn. Once all your damage dealers’ Attack is enhanced, launch an all-out attack.
Recommended Party Setup
A standard party of Hero, Warrior, Priest, and Mage is effective in this boss battle. Although many players may prefer the Sage in the party, the original setup can still successfully defeat Baramos.
Character | Role |
---|---|
Hero | A versatile attacker. Support the party with Fizzle or Fullheal until you are ready to attack. |
Warrior | Main damage dealer. Use Oomph to increase damage. Equipping the Snooze Stick can also help put Baramos to sleep. |
Priest | Use support spells like Sap and Fizzle. Pay attention to the enemy’s next move and choose actions wisely. |
Mage | Kabuff remains valuable. Use the Staff of Antimagic or Snooze Stick to disrupt Baramos and manage your turns carefully while monitoring the HP of the boss and your party. |
