The Villagers are asleep.
When you first visit Norvik, the villagers are asleep, so you won’t be able to use the town’s facilities. Remember that you’ll need to obtain the “Dreamstone” and ask the elves to lift the curse. For now, collect any available items and head west to the elves’ hideout.
