Cloudsgate Citadel – Mysterious Tower

Get Destructiball at the 4th floor of the Mysterious Tower.
Remember to pick up the Destructiball (an extremely powerful weapon capable of wiping out enemies quickly with AoE attacks) at the 4th floor of the Cloudsgate Citadel – Mysterious Tower section.
Defeat Xenlon (secret final boss) at the top of the tower.
Xenlone, the game’s secret final boss and hardest challenge within the game, is found at the top of the Mysterious Tower. Be sure to make all necessary preparations before taking on this superboss such as equipping the best gear and going into the fight with a party of at least level 50 characters.
Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Xenlon Secret Superboss Guide
Beating Xenlon within a specific number of turns (starting at 35) will force her to grant you a “wish” (essentially requiring you to choose from a number of post-game reward features).
Note that the turn limit for Xenlon to grant you a wish is reduced each time your party fails to meet the previous turn limit against her or have already gotten a wish by defeating her.
