Thief Job Guide for Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake (DQ3 Remake)
Thief Job Overview
A versatile class
The thief job boasts remarkable agility, greatly benefiting from the game’s stats mechanics. This agility enables thieves to often strike first in battle while also providing protection for the party with their formidable defense.
Decent MP growth
Unlike warriors or martial artists, thieves can learn spells, which means they also benefit from MP growth. Although their spells aren’t particularly strong, this becomes a big advantage when switching classes. If you want a versatile character who can use both physical attacks and spells, switching to the thief class is a great option.
Steal ability is great for hunting items
Just by having a thief in the party, you’ll have a chance to obtain extra items after each battle. This ability is highly useful when farming seeds, which can instantly enhance a character’s stat.
