Ezreal’s cooldowns are reduced by 1.5 seconds if Mystic Shot hits a target.
	Essence Flux (Target Range: 1000, Speed: 1550, Cost: 50/60/70/80/90 Mana, Cooldown: 9, Magic Damage: 70/115/160/205/250 (+80% AP), Bonus Attack Speed: 20/25/30/35/40%)ACTIVE: Ezreal fires a wave of energy that damages all enemy champions it passes through for 70/115/160/205/250 (+80% Ability Power) magic damage. If Ezreal or his Allied champions are hit by the wave, their Attack Speed is increased by 20/25/30/35/40% for 5 seconds.
	Arcane Shift (Target Range: 475, Effect Radius: 750, Cost: 90 Mana, Cooldown: 19/17.5/16/14.5/13, Magic Damage: 75/125/175/225/275(+ 50% bonus AD)(+ 75% AP)ACTIVE: Ezreal teleports to a nearby location and fires a bolt at the nearest enemy, dealing 75/125/175/225/275 (+50% bonus Attack Damage) (+75% Ability Power) magic damage.
	Trueshot Barrage (Target Range: Global, Speed: 2000, Cost: 100 Mana, Cooldown: 120, Magic Damage: 350/500/650 (+100% bonus AD)(+90% AP), Minimum Magic Damage: 105/150/195 (+30% bonus AD) (+27% AP)ACTIVE: Ezreal winds up for 1 second to fire a long range missile that deals 350/500/650 (+100% bonus Attack Damage) (+90% Ability Power) magic damage to each enemy it passes through. Deals 10% less damage for each enemy hit (minimum 30%).

Strategy

• Ezreal shines when it comes to poking and harassing the enemy team, softening them up during team fights or sniping down low-health enemies with his skills.
• Try to hit as many targets with your skills as possible to proc and stack the attack speed bonus of your Rising Spell Force (passive).
• During the laning phase, harass the enemy ADR with (Q) Mystic Shot to whittle down their health. You can also use this skill to last hit enemy minions.
• Cast (W) Essence Flux on teammates to increase their Attack Speed during clashes to increase their damage output in team fights.
• Use (E) Arcane Shift to escape ganks from the enemy team. Though you can use this close in and damage low health targets, it is best to use this as another Flash skill and keep it handy when the opposing laners and jungler decide to zero in on you.
• (R) Trueshot Barrage is good when you need to whittle down the other lanes that are being pushed by enemy minions. It has extremely long range and goes through enemies, damaging them in the process.
• Take note of your enemy team’s composition when deciding on what items to get – if they are generally tanky, you might want to buy items that deal max or current health percentage damage and armor penetration.

Tear of the Goddess – Rush this item in your first back as you need it to be effective in the later stages of the game. You must try to complete the passive as early as possible by spamming your ability.

Trinity Force –  Trinity Force is a good item on Ezreal since it gives him a ton of stats that perfectly blends well with his kit. The attack speed and damage, along with the mana and cooldown reduction, makes this item perfect for Ezreal.

Muramana – This is the item upgrade of Manamune that can be acquired if you successfully charged the item with mana. This item gives  Ezreal the necessary mana and damage needed for most of his skill shots.

Ionian Boots of Lucidity – This item is better than Berserker’s Greaves for Ezreal since he is considered to be cast-heavy champion and the cooldown reduction benefits him greatly, especially in the later stages of the game.

Blade of the Ruined King – Blade of the Ruined King is Ezreal’s main lifesteal item. Aside from that, it also gives him more survivability and kiting power because of the active.

Mortal Reminder – Mortal Reminder is a good item last item on Ezreal. It gives him attack damage and deals Grievous Wounds to enemies, reducing their health regeneration.

Guardian Angel – Guardian Angel is a good item on Ezreal because of the extra life it grants him plus the attack damage. This is always a good item on physical damage hypercarries.

Lord Dominik’s Regards – Substitute this with Mortal Reminder if the enemy has a ton of champions that stack armor.

Iceborn Gauntlet – This item is a great substitute for Trinity Force if you think that the enemy has a lot of mobility and burst. This item helps you slow enemies in a small AoE, making you slippery in team fights.

Ninja Tabi – This item is great if you are somewhat behind against a team composition full of ADs.

Mercurial Schimitar – Get this item if the enemy has a ton of crowd control and you are always getting caught in team fights. The extra damage and heal are also a good stats for Ezreal.

 Playing Against

• Ezreal’s main damaging skill is his (Q) Mystic Shot. During the laning phase, avoid getting hit with this by hiding behind the minion wave.
• Force Ezreal to use his skill shots to deplete his mana pool. He is highly vulnerable when he has low mana.
• Some Ezreal players tend to use (E) Arcane Shift offensively – using it to close in on low-health targets. If he uses this skill, do your best to lock him down, as he effectively loses his elusiveness when (E) Arcane Shift is in cooldown.
• During clashes, try to catch Ezreal with your crowd control skills like your stuns or roots to quickly eliminate him. He is especially weak when you manage to get close and stick to him.
• When you’re low on health, do your best to recall back to base at locations where the enemy team can’t see you – Ezreal can snipe you down with (R) Trueshot Barrage if he sees you teleporting back to base with little health remaining.

Hard Counter

• Draven – Draven outdamages Ezreal in all aspect. He also has the kit to disrupt and even kill an Ezreal 1v1 with Spinning Axe and Whirling Death. 
• Xayah – She can dodge Ezreal’s Trueshot Barrage with Featherstorm. She can also position her feathers in a way that Ezreal will have a hard time getting his CS and poke against you.  
• Twitch – Twitch is an auto-attack reliant champion that can also deal a lot of damage against Ezreal. Spray and Pray allows Twitch to attack you even if you are in a considerable distance away from him. Contaminate also has a large distance that can reach Ezreal even when he has casted Arcane Shift away from Twitch.
