Amatsu Walkthrough

Introduction

Amatsu is Elder Dragon whose position was last boss for MHP3.
It appears in Sacred Mountain.It is called”Storm Dragon”.It causes storm and it fires water breath.The quest of it appears if your HR is over 70 in Gulid hall.
Ballistas are arrenged in the field of the quest.You can use One-shot Binder and Ballista Ammo in item box for the battle.

Change from MHGen

• The color of its body turns from red into purple.
• Appearance of storm change.
• The moves ,weakpoints,and walkthrough not change.

Walkthrough points

• Dragon is most effective and the next is fire.
• The most weakpoint is head.
• You can close to Amatsu when it wears wind.But One-shot Binder is invalid when it wears wind.
• You can stop it with One-shot Binder.
• It causes storm which gives hunters much damage after it draw hunters by the wind.But you can stop its drowing by gives Amatsu enough damage,you should run opposite to it.Farcaster is a means of avoiding the attack.
• It fires water breath.You are careful about the move if you wear equipments low resistance to water.
• All traps are invalid but Flash bomb is valid.Bad states are valid except Exhaust.
• It doesn’t get tired.
• You can defend yourself its roar with earplugs.
• When it is angry,It change some things,the colors of body,the moves,the weather in the field,and BGM.
• There are three points to take Ballista Ammo and there is a point to take herbs and nullberry.

Swing tail	It swings the tail forward.
Rush	It rushes forward
Water breath	It fires water breath straight.It do twice sometime.
Large storm	It causes large storm after it draw hunters by wind.The storm remains for long priod of time.You are careful to not hit again after you hit the attack once. You should run opposite to Amatsu during its drowing.You can stop it which is drowing hunters if you give it enough damage.You can stay on the stop during your using Ballista.
Somersault attack	It somersaults and attack with its tail.
Fire water ball	It fires water ball.
Eject small storm	It ejests three small storms.The storms moves uniquely and it remains in the field.
Flying water breath	It frys and fires water breath three times.It use the move when it is angry and weak.
