Mission Stage 22 Strategies

Throw the bouquet at Marie.

At the start of this stage, Marie will drop exploding bouquets across the battlefield. These explosives will explode on the next turn, and their explosion radius can be seen on your screen. Furthermore, you can attack the bouquets to throw them back at Marie. To do this, get close to the bouquet and use melee attacks while aiming at Marie’s current location.

Doing this will put her in a Downed state, giving you an opportunity to deal more damage to her. Note that you can still throw bouquets at Marie even if she is already Downed.

Apply buffs on your squad.

Apply attack buff to increase your damage, and apply defense buff to withstand Marie’s attacks.

Lure Marie near the bouquets.

As the battle goes on, Marie will eventually perform an attack that will pull one of your characters near her. She will also lock her eyes on that character, allowing you to lure her near the bouquets.

Avoid getting hit by Marie’s skills.

Once you have depleted Marie’s HP to half, probably around turn 10, she will ride her tank-like vehicle. Marie will then be able to perform a new attack that can trample on your allies if you fail to get them out of her range. You can avoid getting hit by moving away from the tiles marked with caution signs.

Lure Marie at the bouquets.

Wait for Marie to start throwing bouquets on the battlefield again. However, unlike in the first phase, she won’t be knocked down if she is hit by a bouquet, but it will still do decent damage to her.

Throw the bouquets at Marie’s way.

If the bouquets are too far from Marie, you can throw them at the tiles with caution signs to inflict damage and stop her from moving.

Lure Marie under the bell.

Once Marie’s HP reaches 0, she will restore her HP to full health and become immune to any kind of attack. Fortunately, the Phantom Thieves will come up with a plan to completely take her down. You will be instructed to lure Marie under the church’s bell. Furthermore, a target destination will appear on the battlefield (blue square), and all you have to do is lead Marie to that exact area.

To do this, gather your squad, place them right outside the target destination, and wait for Marie to come at them. However, you must put her at the exact location in order to clear the stage. You can do this by placing a bouquet inside the blue square before Marie comes.
