You can farm money in Persona 5 Tactica by re-clearing stages via REPLAY. Doing so allows you to grind cash to spend on purchasing or crafting weapons (guns), or fusing Personas at the Velvet Room.

Replaying stages is also a good way to get experience points (EXP) to level up units outside of just progressing through the main story. You will essentially be killing two birds with one stone by running stages repeatedly.

Take down enemies faster by exploiting their weaknesses.

You will be able to clear stages faster by taking down enemies quickly using skills they are weak to. Because of this, try to get familiar with the damage type that each of your units are capable of dealing to farm money faster in the game.

Familiarize yourself with stage elements.

Stage elements can be found in various parts of each map which can also help you clear battles as fast as possible. Be sure to take advantage of the effects of these various gimmicks and interactable objects as they can also help you grind money faster than if you just ignored them entirely.

Attack multiple enemies at once.

Perform Triple Threat attacks.

Downing at least one enemy in battle allows your team to execute Triple Threat attacks to damage enemies in a wide area. Doing can shorten the time it takes you to achieve victory so use Triple Threats as often as you can.

Use unique skills.

Some unique skills such Mona’s Winds of Time and Ryuji’s Brigantine Blitzkrieg are capable of damaging groups of enemies on the map, making them ideal for wiping out the opposing side quickly when farming money.
