It is quite difficult to find strong Pokemon when player’s Trainer Level is low.
Let’s challenge gym battle by raising and evolving Pokemon that are easily found and grow up fast!
Gyarados
Magikarp seems very weak, but after evolving to Gyarados, CP will vastly increase.
Let’s catch as many Magicarp as possible and evolve the one that have high CP from the beginning.
Its type has advantage and will become a main force Pokemon of the party.
Pidgeot
Player can find Pidgey from the very beginning and candy that’s needed for evolve are few so their growing speed are fast.
Let’s catch them, grow them and also raise your trainer level as well!
Golbat
Zubat are also easily found from the very beginning.
Golbat have advantage against grass and bug type which are commonly seen at the beginning.
Nidoking
Nidoran♂ are commonly found compared to the other ground type Pokemon.
One of the moves that ground type possibly learn is “Earthquake”.
This move play outstandingly in gym battles so if Nidoking were able to learn this move by evolving, this would become reliable move.
Nidoking also have the possibility of learning “Horn Drill”, which is powerful killer move, so they are worth growing!
Slowbro
Slowbro can move relatively well and have advantage against poison type which is commonly seen at this point.
Players can find Slowpoke near waterside so they can add psychic type Pokemon to their party at early stage.
Gengar
Gengar are rare ghost type Pokemon at this point.
They have advantage against normal and fighting type Pokemon and are able to give effective damage against psychic type Pokemon.
One of the moves, “Sucker Punch” play a good role in gym battles so players are recommended to keep evolving until they earn Gengar with “Sucker Punch”.
Gastly, first form of Gengar, are often found during night.
Arcanine
Fire type Pokemon are uncommon and generally they are rare.
Growlithe are fairly easy to find so let’s actively catch them.
They have advantage against grass and bug type so they play a good role in gym battles.
Eevee
Eevee itself are not so strong, but the candies they need for evolving are only a few.
They can evolve into 3 types of Pokemon, “Vaporeon”, “Jolteon” and “Flareon”, so they can make up for the player’s lacking types of the party.
After evolving, their growing rate of the CP is quite well and can participate actively in gym battles.
Especially, Jolteon are rare electric type Pokemon and are able give effective damage against flying and water types that are well seen so they will become reliable Pokemon in the party!
