Deals lightning damage and guarantees a stun.

Can be activated when one or more gauges are filled.
Upon activation, it temporarily enhances weapons through smithing.
The enhancement of the weapon is done randomly.
The more gauge consumed at activation, the higher the chance for better enhancement.

Lisabeth can equip this skill to other characters when her character rank reaches 30.
