Post-Game Unlockables and Features Guide for Sword Art Online: Fractured Daydream (SAO: FD)
Character endings added.
Character endings for the members participating in the final battle will be added.
You can check the character endings from the story event by pressing 【L2】 on the lobby screen and then pressing 【R1】 twice.
There are over 20 character endings to unlock all in all. To view all their endings, you will need to defeat the final boss at least five times.
Additional Story unlocked.
An “Additional Story” option will be added to the mode selection available in the lobby.
Since it is set at a post-game difficulty, the difficulty is slightly higher, but there are skins and data cells to collect, so be sure to gather them.
Unyielding Tower unlocked.
This is a high-difficulty end content exclusively for solo play.
There are no recovery crystals so you can only heal using skills or picking up items that when you clear waves.
Like multiplayer mode, there is a system where levels increase as you fight, so characters that focus on skills will have a tough time until their skills are in place.
Every time you clear five floors, a new floor will be unlocked.
To play in this mode, you need to be connected online, but you do not need to join PSN.
Things to Do After Beating the Game
Level up in online mode.
It’s easier to level up in online mode than in story mode, so if you have an internet connection, it’s recommended to level up through multiplayer.
As you increase your player rank, the level of the equipment that drops will also increase, and when your character rank increases, you can enhance stats and unlock skills.
Get the best equipment.
The equipment in SAOFD features a hack-and-slash element, where each piece of equipment has its own rarity and abilities (special effects).
Keep farming various content to seek out stronger equipment.
