Far Cry 5 officially confirmed!
Ubisoft has confirmed the release of Far Cry 5, its newest entry in its open-world first-person shooter series. Hints about the game was revealed right before the company’s earnings call. It was also confirmed for now that the release of Far Cry 5 may tentatively be on May 31, 2018.
While the premise for this latest release hasn’t been leaked yet, the only leaks so far as the rumour of it being in a wild west setting. Unfortunately, Ubisoft is keeping their cards close which they said that they’ll release more info very soon. As of now, Ubisoft isn’t answering any rumours as to what Far Cry 5 may be like.
Their last release for Far Cry set itself during the prehistoric times. Thus, a lot of people aren’t sure what may be the new take for this game. While Ubisoft did drop hints of a new Far Cry coming out in 2017, nobody knows what kind of setting and surprises are in store for this first person shooter game.
