Who is Alex Hunter?
The Journey puts you in the shoes of fictional 17-year old aspiring Football Club Alex Hunter. Alex, who hails from Clapham, is the grandson of a prominent Football player Jim Hunter and a close friend to Gareth Walker. Like any other football enthusiasts, Alex aims to land a shot in the Premier League by enlisting in the exit trials in hopes of being invited to one of the Premier League Clubs. Each of which will devote time and effort to train him under the supervision of coaches.
What happens if Alex gets an injury?
It is possible for Alex to receive an injury in a match. This will prompt one of the multiple cutscenes between him and the Coach, the latter will state give Alex some tips on how to prevent the event from occurring again. There is no connection between having an injury and the Story’s ending.
Does Alex Hunter become more efficient in the long run?
Alex Hunter develops his skill as a player over the course of the Story. His individual Skills which involve performing a number of Football techniques will eventually raise his rating overall.
