Top 10 Players
Ahead of the release of FIFA 18, EA Sports finally revealed the new list of Top 10 players for the latest version of their popular football franchise.
Surprisingly, there is only one player in the list who plays in the Premier League. The Premier League is one of the highly coveted football organizations in the world, so fans were shocked to see that there was only one Premier League player included in the Top 10.
One of the Premier League players who once belonged in the Top 10 for FIFA 17, David De Gea, is now ranked at 11th from his previous ranking of 10th.
However, it seems that FIFA is making the game much more balanced than before due to the allocation of rankings for each player in each club.
Top 10 Players in FIFA 18
Here is the list of the current Top 10 players for FIFA 18:
- Cristiano Ronaldo (Real Madrid) – 94
- Lionel Messi (FC Barcelona) – 93
- Neymar (PSG) – 92
- Luis Suarez (FC Barcelona) – 92
- Manuel Neuer (Bayern Munich) – 92
- Robert Lewandoski (Bayern Munich) – 91
- Sergio Ramos (Real Madrid) – 90
- Eden Hazard (Chelsea) – 90
- Toni Kroos (Real Madrid) – 90
- Gonzalo Higuain (Juventus) – 90
The only Premier League player, Eden Hazard, is widely known to be one of the best outfield player in the league, so he certainly deserved to be in the Top 10 between Sergio Ramos and Toni Kroos, two of the best players in Real Madrid next to Cristiano Ronaldo.
The Top 3 players are still unchanged, with Lionel Messi taking the second spot while his former clubmate Neymar is still in the Top 3. Ronaldo is still the Top 1 player in FIFA, besting Lionel Messi in certain stats in the game. Given that Ronaldo is the cover athlete for the game, it seems that the renowned Real Madrid player will keep his throne for one more game before the next one comes out.
