How to Farm Gold
Gold is the in-game currency in the game of League of Legends. It is used to buy items in the shop which grants additional stats and abilities. It is important to get gold quick so you can have the advantage over your opponents. In Summoner’s Rift, you start with 500 gold and constantly gain 20.4 gold coins per 10 seconds. Each map varies. Below are ways of how to farm gold.
The best way to get gold is to farm from minions.

Turrets give gold globally. However being near it procs more gold. The first turret destroyed gives the entire team and additional 100 gold.

Killing or Assisting an Enemy champion grants a considerable amount of gold. A Bonus is also given for First Blood

To reduce the effectiveness of feeders, champions with consecutive deaths give lesser gold.

There are gold-generating items that champions can buy so they can still get gold without killing minions (ie. Spellthief’s Edge, Ancient Coin, Relic Shield)
Pets and summons such as Annie’s Tibbers, Shaco’s Jack in the Box, Teemo’s Noxious Trap, etc. grants gold to the champion who kills them.
