How to Unlock the Sparks Skill Tree in Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope
The Sparks skill tree is a set of optional unlockable abilities in Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope which become available later during the main story. Abilities under this skill tree provide very useful support effects for using Sparks which can easily give you the advantage in battle.
Unlocking the “Secret” Sparks Skill Tree
Obtain a Gold Prism
You can access the “secret” Sparks skill tree for any playable hero character in the game by obtaining a rare type of item called a Gold Prism. These can only be obtained as rewards for clearing extremely challenging side quests you can reach by entering gold pipes found throughout the various worlds you visit.
Sparks Skill Tree Abilities
Below is a list of all Sparks skill tree abilities. Once you have unlocked the tree for one playable hero using 1 Gold Prism, you will then need to spend regular Skill Prisms to learn abilities.
Note that it is not possible to refund Gold Prisms once they are spent to unlock the Sparks skill tree of 1 playable hero. Because of this, only use a Gold Prism on characters in your main party.
