Space Odyssey: putting emphasis on SCIENCE fiction.
A new trailer came out on May 23, 2017. It featured the eminent astrophysicist, Neil deGrasse Tyson. In the Space Odyssey trailer, the famous Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey show host talks about the questions of philosophers and scientists, and how the quest for knowledge doesn’t have to stop.
“Allow me to introduce to you the next generation of space exploration that we call…Space Odyssey.”
Gameplay
Gameplay details remain scarce as of this day. The space odyssey game website says that players will be able to “scale the universe in science-based missions through single player or peer-to-peer online.”
Players will be able to explore and colonize space, develop planets, take care of species, mine minerals, build robots, and even discover new alien creatures.
The player will also experience this universe in VR, exploring various places of the universe including Ice moons and Gas Giant cores.
More information coming this June
The game is set to be previewed at this year’s E3, according to E3’s own twitter account.
