Location

Far east of the Observation Deck

How to Get

  1. Get to the flag of the observation deck.
  2. Capture the Glydon nearby.
  3. Go to the east part where there is a thin plank. Glide towards an island off the far left.
  4. Land on the area afterwards. Talk to Captain Toad and he will give you a Power Moon.
