Game Overview

Shift creates Code Vein as a Hack and Slash game that will be available for PS4 and Xbox One. The game first came out during the E3 2017 but moved its release date up to 2018. While similar to Dark Souls and Nier Automata, players will deal with a more “vampiric theme” in Code Vein. Players must drain the blood of their enemies, stay sane, and make sure they survive as they battle through the world. The game also contains some Dark Souls mechanics such as losing exp upon death and the sorts.
