Play-ins Knockout: Cloud9 vs. Hong Kong Attitude

C9 was on a roll in the first match, as they clobbered HKA with 10-2 score. C9’s bot lane duo fended off the bot lane of LYN with C9 Sneaky’s Kalista leading the charge with a score of 6/0/2. Contractz was also on point with his Gragas with the initiations and ganks.

LYN tried to bounce back in the second game. It was a close game in the early to mid game until Cloud9 managed to secure the Baron and Dragon buff and it all went downhill for Lyon Gaming at that point. Despite the lead in kills, Lyon Gaming couldn’t capitalize and fell to 0-2.

Cloud9 didn’t hesitate to finish LYN in their would-be final play-ins knockout game as they were able to keep their lead all throughout the game. C9 Contractz and C9 Smoothie were the players of the game as both of them gave offensive and defensive  presence for Cloud9 to sweep Lyon Gaming, 3-0.
