Game Overview

Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales is a sequel to the acclaimed action-adventure game Marvel’s Spider-Man released on November 12th, 2020 on the Playstation 4 and Playstation 5.

Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales - Story

Spider-Man: Miles Morales takes place after the events of Spider-Man and The City That Never Sleeps DLC. After the original Spider-Man Peter Parker goes abroad to cover the Symkarian Peace Talks for the Daily Bugle newspaper, Miles Morales, Peter’s apprentice, is entrusted with the safety of the city as the Spider-Man.

Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales - Story

Miles vows to protect the lives of the people of his city, driven by the tragic death of his father. He finds himself in the middle of a war between the Rexxon Energy Corporation and a criminal organization known as The Underground who have access to advanced weaponry and technology.

Spider-Man: Miles Morales continues the series’ action-adventure gameplay but features a new focus on stealth, with Miles having access to new skills and abilities not available to the original Spider-Man Peter Parker.

Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales - Camouflage

Miles’ Spider-Man suit is equipped with unique camouflage technology, allowing him to become virtually invisible to the naked eye. This gives him more freedom to approach enemies undetected which synergizes with his combat style that greatly differs from Peter Parker’s.

Wall Takedowns

Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales - Wall Takedown

Another new ability to be introduced in Spider-Man: Miles Morales is Wall Takedown. Miles can stick to walls and perform a stealth takedown on unsuspecting enemies below.

Venom Blast

Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales - Venom Blast

Miles can perform Venom Blasts which are a variety of attacks infused with bio-electric energy to stun targets and render them unconscious. Venom Blasts are best used for neutralizing groups of foes when surrounded. Miles can even use Venom Blasts to produce a shockwave on the ground, launching multiple targets in the air. Miles will then be able to perform aerial combos on the targets before they fall to the ground.

Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales - Tagging

Miles can systematically pick-off enemies while undetected by tagging enemies. It is also useful for being aware of the location of multiple targets while moving around the area.
