Ghost Photo Name Location
Kazuki Muraoka Loading Docks – Head to the southeast section of the area. Then, walk to the steel pipe on the north and aim your camera south towards two other steel pipes.
Tomokazu Fukushima Heliport – Go southeast and aim the camera at the water to the south.
Takanari Ishiyama Heliport – Go to the southeastern section of the heliport. Then, aim the camera at the towards the spotlight on the roof of the building to the north.
Nobumitsu Tanaka Heliport – Aim the camera at the wall directly above the 1F air duct.
Kenichiro Shigeno Heliport – Head to the northeast section of the area. Then, walk toward the spot under the stairs (with the security camera just above). Face west and aim the camera.
Ryoko Yoshimura Tank Hangar – Find the Ration at the dead end along the 2F air duct and aim your camera at it.
Atsuko Ito Tank Hangar – Aim the camera at the north wall while on the elevator.
Takashi Kitao Tank Hangar B1: Cell Block – Aim the camera at the DARPA Chief’s body.
Yoshiteru Kobayashi Tank Hangar B1: Cell Block – Aim the camera at the naked guard that Meryl knocked out.
Kohei Onoda Tank Hangar B2F: Armory – Head to room where you fought Revolver Ocelot and aim the camera at the pillar where President Baker was tied to.
Nobuyoshi Nishimura Tank Hangar B2F: Armory – While still in the room where you fought Revolver Ocelot, aim the camera at President Baker’s body.
Masayuki Kobayashi Canyon – Head to the southeast section until you see two large rocks. Walk to the left of them and aim your camera at the rock to the north.
Shigehisa Kozyou Canyon – Head northeast and aim your camera at the steel pipes to the west.
Shinji Yamashita Nuclear Warhead Storage Building – Aim the camera at the tip of the warhead sitting on the leftmost.
Ikuzo Fujimura Nuclear Warhead Storage Building – Aim the camera at the upper left while inside the elevator.
Daizo Shikama Nuclear Warhead Storage Building B2: Laboratory – Aim the camera at the hallway with the poison gas.
Yoshikazu Matsuhana Nuclear Warhead Storage Building B2F: Laboratory – In the hallway with the dead soldiers (just before going to the laboratory), walk to the wall to the left. Then, aim the camera on the opposite wall across where you are.
Hideo Kojima Nuclear Warhead Storage Building B2: Laboratory – Aim the camera at the Policenauts poster to the northeast.
Kunio Takabe Nuclear Warhead Storage Building B2F: Laboratory – Aim the camera to the east after entering the room with the super computers.
Yuji Korekado Nuclear Warhead Storage Building B1: Office – Aim the camera the urinals of the men’s bathroom.
Yukiko Kaneda Nuclear Warhead Storage Building B1: Office – Aim the camera at the mirrors of the women’s bathroom.
Hideki Sasaki Nuclear Warhead Storage Building – Base Commander’s Office – Aim the camera at the pictures on the wall to the north.
Yoriko Shimizu Caves – In the first cave room you enter by crawling, move north. Then, turn around and aim the camera at the wall above where you crawled inside from.
Shiro Mukaide Caves – In the first cave room you enter by crawling, move along the end of the wall to the north until you come to a small puddle. Position yourself on this small spot of water and aim the camera southwest while facing the ground (in the spot where the puddle and the wall merge).
Ryoji Makimura Tank Hangar B2F: Armory – Head to the room where you got the Camera. Just as you enter the room, aim your camera towards the wall to the south.
Ikuya Nakamura Underground Passage – Aim the camera at the pool of blood where Meryl was shot.
Yoji Shinkawa Underground Passage – Climb the stairs to where Sniper Wolf was hiding. Move towards the corner while sticking to the nearby railing. Then, aim your camera to the west.
Shigeo Okajima Tank Hangar B1F: Medical Room – Aim the camera at the DARPA Chief’s left foot.
Makoto Sonoyama Tank Hangar B1F: Medical Room – Aim the camera at the back of the torture device.
Kumi Sato Communication Tower Building A: Roof – Before using the Rope to rappel down, turn around and walk to the ruined pillar. Then, aim your camera north. Note that this is the only chance you can shoot this ghost.
Scott Dolph Communication Tower Building: Bridge -Rappel down and proceed along the connecting bridge. Aim the camera west out into the dark and then down (just between the top and center bars of the railings).
Takashi Kinbara Snowfield – Aim the camera down from the top of the stairs in the Snowfield that leads to the Blast Gurnace.
Motoyuki Yoshioka Blast Furnace – Once you enter the area, proceed along the scaffold (near the elevator) giving you a view of the Blast Furnace. Aim the camera at the west wall just across from where you are.
Hiroyuki Togo Blast Furnace – Go inside the room with pipes emitting steam. Go left and aim the camera on the north wall behind the Nikita ammo.
Satoshi Hirano Blast Furnace: Cargo Lift (Top) – While on the first cargo lift (top), head to the spot with the nook along the north side. Then, aim the camera down towards the darkness below (to where the lift will descend).
Motosada Mori Blast Furnace: Cargo Lift (Middle) – On the second cargo lift (after riding the first), walk to the middle and aim the camera at the southern wall.
Kazunobu Uehara Blast Furnace: Cargo Lift (Bottom) – Once the cargo lift reaches the bottom, walk towards the south end of the lift. Then, aim the camera up towards the nearest pair of lights on the ceiling.
So Toyota Blast Furnace: Warehouse (Freezer) – Aim the camera at the container in the middle.
Yutaka Negishi Blast Furnace: Warehouse (Freezer) – In the north room with many surveillance cameras, use a Chaff Grenade to jam the cameras and run about halfway towards the scaffold bridge connecting the north and south room. Then, aim your camera to the stream of water flowing out on the left.
Mineshi Kimura Underground Base: Metal Gear Rex Hangar – From the top floor (3F), head for the scaffold connecting the platform to Metal Gear Rex’s cockpit. Aim the camera towards the tip of Rex’s rail gun.
Ichiro Kutome Underground Base: Metal Gear Rex Hangar (Command Room) – Walk to the center of the command room. Position yourself so that the three laptop computers are behind you. Then, aim the camera at the wall.
Takashi Mizutani Underground Base: Metal Gear Rex Hangar – While fighting Metal Gear Rex, use a Chaff Grenade to obstruct the boss’ vision. Then, head southwest to find three sets of barrels marked with “DANGER”. Approach the middle pair and position yourself so that they are behind you. As you are facing south, aim the camera at the pair of barrels ahead.

Note: Some of the Ghost Photos listed above will require you to shoot from specific vantage points or angles so just keep trying until you can capture them with your camera.
