How to Get PAL Card Key Guide for Metal Gear Solid (MGS1)

You can get the PAL Card Key in Metal Gear Solid (MGS1) by choosing either pick it up in the underground base’s drainage ditch, or kill a mouse that has swallowed it.
If it falls into the drain, you can pick it up by running around in the drain. If a mouse swallows it, set a C4 or a timer bomb on the its pathway to knock down the mouse.
