Nuclear Warhead Storage Building 1F

1	Find Meryl who is in disguise and follow her when she goes to the women’s restroom. ┗ Meryl has a distinct walk that is different from all the other soldiers (can be identified from the movement of her hips).
2	Watch the cutscene.
3	You will get an ID Card Lv.5 afterwards.
4	Head north through the corridor.
5	Enter the Director’s Office.

1	Defeat Psycho Mantis.

Psycho Mantis Boss Battle

Tips to Beat Psycho Mantis

You will not be able to damage Psycho Mantis if you do not connect your controller to the 2P port (original Playstation version only).
To damage Psycho Mantis in all other versions of the game, you must destroy the statues on the left and right sides of the room (see Psycho Mantis boss guide below using the link below for steps on how to do this).
Use a Stun Grenade to knock Meryl unconscious when Psycho Mantis controls her. You can also throw her by pressing the direction key + □.
You can avoid the objects that Psycho Mantis hurls in his telekenesis attack by crawling. The paintings, meanwhile, can only be avoided by running to the side.
Use Thermal Goggles to reveal Psycho Mantis when he uses stealth camouflage.
