Location

West of the park. Look for the man playing with a remote-controlled car. Enter the building behind him to find another racetrack.

How to Find

  1. Head west across the park and look for the man playing with an RC car on the sidewalk.
  2. Go through the nearby doorway.
  3. Complete three laps.
