Slope to Success: Tips and Tricks to Survival

slope to success

Welcome to Slope To Success! If you’re here, that means you survived Cutting Edge Spire! In this stage, it reflects the classic Mario jump puzzles from the early games. Now, unlike the first stage, Slope To Success has less deadly objects. Instead, there are little holes in which you can fall and die. Also, there are the usual array of enemies like the mushrooms. There are also little nitpicks there you can exploit such as hanging on the wall and jumping on the trampolines.

What to expect in Slope To Success:

  1. Slopes, slopes, and more slopes. The stage is called “Slope To Success”; it’s bound to have many slopes. These slopes then are what help you take out a long line of enemies. Have Mario slide down the slope and let him knock down those mushrooms like a bowling ball. After that, you can go on your merry way to pick up coins.
  2. Trampolines are your best friend. Unlike the former stage, this place has more trampolines. They’ll be boosting you to the higher places where you can’t reach. These places can be boxes that form a path, the top of a slope, and many other things. One of the trampolines lead you to a red ring which increases the value of coins.
  3. Cannons and platforms are everywhereIn this stage, there are cannons that pop you out to the next platform. These cannons are useful; especially in covering long distances and helping you grab those coins. Some of the cannons shove you out to higher areas to let you get a stream of coins.
  4. Basically, you slide your way to victory. In the last part of Super Mario Run, you’ll just slide your way out. You’ll be boosting up and down to slide over and smack a few mushrooms on the way.
