Game 1 between BrenEsports and Nova PH Ravenous started off with both teams duking it out early. BrenEsports’ team consisted of a heavy front line that has good crowd control to complement their burst damage. Meanwhile, Nova PH Ravenous went with counterpicks.

BrenEsports showcased their excellent rotation, netting the first blood right after the first minute of the match. They set the tone early, taking the team score lead and providing jungle and top lane pressure while Nova PH was scrambling to adjust and react accordingly.

Nova PH Ravenous’ could not properly execute their defensive play during team fights, since BrenEsports employed a run-and-gun strategy, only rushing in when their adversaries are low on health or undermanned. This proved to be Nova PH’s undoing, as BrenEsports did not let up, taking Game 1 of the semifinals in dominant fashion, 23-13.

Winner: BrenEsports
MVP: ACTIONMAN (Maloch, 5-1-12 KDA; 13.5 MVP)

Nova PH Ravenous opted to bounce back and take Game 2 against BrenEsports. Nova PH ran a team of Maloch, Airi, Liliana, Lumburr, and Moren to put a dent in BrenEsports’ winning streak. On the other side, BrenEsports chose another balanced lineup that focused on lane pressure and burst damage.

Game 2 saw Nova PH trying to establish their will against BrenEsports by pestering their Sage Golem, looking for a team fight. However, BrenEsports showed their veteran instincts by maintaining their composure and focusing on their strategy of farming and controlling the lanes to keep them ahead of the opposing team.

BrenEsports were quick to punish Nova PH’s aggressive plays for the better part of the match – at one point, BrenEsports led the team score 5-0 and had complete Abyssal Dragon control. Nova PH managed to get some breathing room at just under 10 minutes of action by winning a prolonged clash near their top lane.

But BrenEsports continued their lane pressure strategy which allowed them to farm for their items and rendered  Nova PH Ravenous to defend their base yet again. After the dust settled, BrenEsports captures Game 2 in an impressive 16-8 victory.

Winner: BrenEsports
MVP: Kurokii (Violet, 7-1-5 KDA; 12.4 MVP)

With their backs against the wall, Nova PH Ravenous has a final shot to get a win over BrenEsports in Game 3 of their Best-of-5 series. Nova PH went back to a similar lineup in during Game 1. On the other hand, BrenEsports ran a mix of their Game 1 and 2 lineup to finally ascend to the finals.

BrenEsports went on the offensive to start the match, similar to Game 1. However, Nova PH was able to thwart BrenEsports’ invade, getting first blood on their way to a 2-0 lead. This led to BrenEsports to adjust their strategy to a more defensive gameplay in the early stages, while Nova PH got the rare position of being the aggressor.

As the match went past the 5 minute mark, BrenEsports rallied and capitalized on a couple of misplays by Nova PH. Slowly but surely, BrenEsports began to impose their will against Nova PH, on their way to a 7-3 team score. This proved to be all BrenEsports needed, as they began to secure Abyssal Dragon and Dark Slayer, while Nova PH seemed to have lost their bearings.

BrenEsports’ killer instinct activated by the 10 minute mark, as they pressed the attack on Nova PH’s base. Ultimately, Nova PH were not able to withstand BrenEsports’ volley. BrenEsports handily wins the Best-of-5 Semifinal series, 3-0, and will wait for the winner of the last round of the Lower Bracket.

Winner: BrenEsports
MVP: Acadia (Xeniel, 1-0-9 KDA; 11.2 MVP)

After BrenEsports defeated EurasiaSuperfly in a blowout, EurasiaSuperfly now goes down to the loser’s bracket with Nova PH Ravenous. The picks of both teams in the first game was standard, mixing strong offensive and defensive options. Nova PH picked Violet and Tulen to be their main damage dealers. On the other side, Liliana and Lindis were EurasiaSuperfly’s offensive option.

Both teams were very aggressive in the first few minutes of the game. Nova PH got the first blood but EurasiaSuperfly answered back with three kills. This lead eventually increased to 13-1 in just eight minutes of gameplay. EurasiaSuperfly also managed to notch two Abyssal Dragons and eventually a Dark Slayer at eight minutes.

With the Dark Slayer in the hands of EurasiaSuperfly, they immediately went in the AD lane to try and end the game. The strength of EurasiaSuperfly was too much for Nova PH, eventually succumbing to them despite only two deaths from Nova PH. The game ended with a kill lead of 15-1 and a 10k gold lead.

Winner: EurasiaSuperfly
MVP: ESF. Maverick (Lindis, 8-1-4 KDA, 12.1 MVP)

Gold was the deciding factor for EurasiaSuperfly this last game of the loser’s bracket against Nova PH Ravenous.

The Abyssal Dragon lane was protected very well by Airi as well other teammates who visit the monster constantly. This protection led to EurasiaSuperfly slaying four Abyssal Dragons while Nova PH Ravenous couldn’t slay any.

During team classhes, it was Max, Fennik, and Lilians who did most of the killing for EurasiaSuperfly, as they got 13 kills overall. Ormarr, despite being a tanky warrior, served as a great support for EurasiaSuperfly thanks to Asterion’s Buckler which provided teammates with a little bit of durability in team fights.

Nova PH Ravenous did a commendable job, with Preyta getting 6 kills and Arthur getting 4. However, they could’ve matched well with EurasiaSuperfly if they were able to farm gold more efficiently, but EurasiaSuperfly had a very effective jungling strategy that is quite difficult to counter.

All in all, EurasiaSuperfly got the upper hand at the end due to the Dark Slayer buff, which led them to a 17-13 victory. With this, EurasiaSuperfly will battle BrenEsports in the finals.

Winner: EurasiaSuperfly
MVP: ESF.Don (Liliana, 4-1-6 KDA; 11.8 MVP)
