Stage Walkthrough for Northeast Frost Street

Area 1

1	From the starting location, head forward and take out the ranger near the mound of snow. Then, destroy the snow sculpture further ahead on the right (Destroy 3 Animal Snow Sculptures: 1/4).
2	Continue forward along the street while dealing with more enemies along the way. Watch out for the giant snowball that one of the bird enemies are rolling toward your direction.
3	Just before the stairs that leads to the right, search the left side of the area to find a side alley with a pile of coins (Find the Side Alley).
4	Head back to the previous area and move toward the stairs. Before going up, destroy the bomb block on the northwestern corner of the wall of steel blocks. This will reveal a capsule behind the block wall you can grab.
5	Go up the stairs going right and take out the enemies in the next area.
6	Head left and take out the two Poppy Bros Jrs in front of the vending machine.
7	Swallow the vending machine to enter Vending Mouth mode and head to the area north. Clear out the enemies and destroy the bomb block embedded in the steel blocks on the right.
8	Head left and destroy the blue shutter to find a capsule inside. Then, proceed to go right.
9	Ignore the path in the middle with the large Kabu (and the Warp Star behind it) for now and head to the path where two enemies are rolling giant snowballs in your direction. Fire at the snowballs and take out the enemies. Behind them is another blue shutter you should destroy to find the first hidden Waddle Dee (Save the Hidden Waddle Dees: 1/4).
10	Head for the path in the middle and take out the large Kabu. Then, head to the right of the Warp Star and destroy the second animal snow sculpture (Destroy 4 Animal Snow Sculptures 2/4).
11	Spit out the Vending Machine and approach the Warp Star to reach the next area.

Area 2

1	Move northeast and take out the enemies. Jump on the see-sawing platform and take out the enemy rolling snowballs. Then, move across to the next platform.
2	When you reach the large area with the locked gate, swallow the ranger to get the ranger ability. Then, head to the left cross the crumbling bridge. Behind the building is a bullseye that you can shoot to open the gate leading to a secret area.
3	In the secret area, head right and take out the ranger. Then, aim a charged shot at the pink switch on the upper right to open the gate across the gap.
4	Aim a charged shot at the moving bullseye to activate a bridge that lets you reach the second hidden Waddle Dee (Save the Hidden Waddle Dees: 2/4).
5	Head back through the door to return to the previous area.
6	Head northeast. Just before the series of see-sawing platforms are some stairs that head down. Follow it to around a bend to find another animal snow sculpture (Destroy the 4 Animal Snow Sculptures: 3/4).
7	Go back up the stairs and move along the see-sawing platforms.
8	On the see-sawing platform before the opening that leads into the next building, walk to the left to find a bomb block. Destroy it to find the third hidden Waddle Dee (Save the Hidden Waddle Dees: 3/4).
9	Afterwards, head to the right and float jump to the platform ahead. Get the sparkle to activate some stone blocks going upward and grab the capsule.
10	Head inside the opening and through the door leading to the next area.

Area 3

1	Take out the Poppy Bro Jr. Then, swallow the stairs and position it below the ladder.
2	Spit out the stairs and climb up to the upper area. Take out the enemy rolling snowballs. Afterwards, swallow the stairs and destroy the blocks on the right to find a capsule.
3	Place the stairs below the ladder to go up the next upper area.
4	Just before the rooftop, head to the right to find the last animal snow sculpture (Destroy 4 Animal Snow Sculptures: 4/4).
5	Swallow the stairs and jump back down the lower area. Head to the right to find a cracked section of the building and destroy it to find a hidden room. Take out the bull enemy and position the stairs inside the room just below the final hidden Waddle Dee above (Save the Hidden Waddle Dees: 4/4).
6	Head back and climb up all the way to the rooftop. Take out the enemies and hit the two switches to activate the bridge leading to the golden cage.
7	Approach the golden cage and turn left. From there, float-jump to the clock tower balcony (Reach The Clock Tower).
8	Hit the clock face to find Blue Coins. Then, use the Orange Warp Star to head back to the section near the golden cage.
9	Approach the golden cage to clear the stage.
