How to Enhance your Weapons in Lords of the Fallen 2

You must upgrade your weapons in Lords of the Fallen 2 if you want to increase the battle capability of your character. The stronger your weapon, the higher chance that you can defeat your target enemy.

Before you start upgrading your weapons in, you must first free the blacksmith held as a prisoner. Recruiting the blacksmith will unlock the workshop for weapon upgrades.

How to unlock the Gerlinde, the Blacksmith.

Defeat Pieta and look for the Vestige of Blind Agatha.

Defeat the boss Pieta and return to your hub area. After that, look for vestige called Pilgrim’s Perch Bellroom by continuing along a cliff. Go further along to spot the Vestige of Blind Agatha. After unlocking a quick transfer to the vestige, defeat the nearby enemies.

Go down and look for the blacksmith held captive.

Head down using the lift nearby. There is a locked door in front, and you need to the Pilgrim’s Perch key item to open it. You can either buy the key from Stomund, Captain of the Fidelis for 9,500 Vigor or unlock the first beacons first to get it for free.

After opening the locked door, you will see the held captives including the blacksmith Gerlinde. In order to free them, you need to acquire the Prison Cell key. Look for Pureblade, an enemy with a mace and shield, and defeat it to get a Prison Cell key. Target the dog minions first and then the main enemy.

When you obtain the key, return to free the prisoners including Gerlinde. This will unlock the workshop that you can access. Warp back your hub area afterwards.

Before you upgrade weapons, you must have enough Vigor and Deralium Ore, a refining material. Deralium Ore has many types.
