Stats (Attributes) Summary

Strength

Strength determines your damage output with weapons that scale with the Strength stat which are mostly heavy melee armaments like long swords, hammers, and axes. You also gain more physical defense when investing in Strength compared to other stats in the game.

Agility

Agility increases your damage using weapons that scale with Agility which typically include light melee armaments such as daggers and short swords. There are, however, weapon types like polearms and flails that also gain higher attack power the more you invest in Agility. Finally, ranged weapons like bows and crossbows also scale off this stat.

Endurance

Endurance mainly affects your character’s maximum stamina required for performing actions such as attacking, blocking with a shield, or dodging. Having enough energy will allow you to attack with your weapon more often to stack damage before needing to recover. More stamina, therefore, is particularly ideal for classes that wield heavy weapons which deplete a lot of the resource per swing.

Investing points into Endurance also increases your weight limit (equipment load capacity), allowing you to carry heavier weapons and armor without hindering mobility and evasion.

Vitality

Vitality determines your maximum health (HP). More points allocated in this stat, therefore, translates to higher survivability as you will be able to tank more hits before dying from an enemy’s attack. Increasing Vitality also raises your equipment load but only to a small degree.

Radiance

Radiance is one of two magic-related stats in the game which also affects your maximum Mana (MP) and the damage you deal with weapons that scale off the stat. Certain spells also only become usable if you have met the required Radiance values to cast them.

Inferno

Similar to Radiance, increasing your Inferno stat gives you more Mana and affords you higher damage outputs using weapons that scale off Inferno. You will also only be able to wield certain magic only by having enough Inferno invested in your character.

How to Respec Stats

Talk to Pieta at the hub to reset your stats.

Pieta will offer to respec your stats through her Reset Build service only after you have beaten her boss version (Pieta, She of the Blessed Renewal) in front of the Skyrest Bridge entrance. You will need to spend one (1) Rebirth Chrysalis, a rare consumable item, each time you respec your character in the game.
