How to Upgrade the Umbral Lamp
In order to upgrade the Umbral Lamp quest item, follow these steps:
Get Antediluvian Chisel rare material.
Acquire the rare material through boss drops in Manse of the Hallowed Brothers, and Fief of the Chill Curse. Alternatively, get the upgrade material prior your encounter with the Infernal Enchantress at Lower Calrath.
Talk to Molhu at Skyrest Bridge.
Before you go looking for Molhu, make sure that you have an adequate amount of Vigor.
Lords of the Fallen 2 Vigor Farming Guide
Head to the Skyrest Bridge, Mournstead to look for Molhu. Use the Umbral Lamp to cross between the realms and take the stairs behind you. Once you reach the vestige of the bridge, see Molhu at the center of the area.
Give the Antediluvian Chisel and some Vigor to Molhu.
Exchange the rare material and Vigor for improve your Umbral Lamp.
How to max the sockets of the Umbral Lamp
Obtain more than one Umbral Eyes.
Get Umbral Eyes enchant items from various locations in the game.
Ask Molhu to insert the Umbral Eyes.
After obtaining a number of Umbral Eyes, return to Molhu and ask for the vendor to socket them in the Umbral Lamp.
You can insert and remove any Umbral Eyes depending on your you build and playstyle. Each Umbral Eye is unique have and different combat bonuses such as passive ability buffs.
