2 vs. 2 Minigames in Mario Party Superstars

Below are all 2 vs. 2 game modes in Mario Party Superstar’s Mt. Minigames. Included are the objectives of each minigame and useful tips to win. Please note that we are still in the process of updating this page.

Minigame	Objective	Tips
Bobsled Run	Work with a partner and race through the course without falling off the edge. Your team will lose if you fall.	Use the speed panels as much as possible to give you a boost.
Handcar Havoc	Work with a partner to clear the course before the other team. Your team will lose if you fall into the lava	Tilt the left stick in the direction of the curve to avoid losing too much speed.
Dungeon Dash	Work with a partner to move through the course and reach the goal before the other team does.	Watch out for the fireballs that jump out of the lava that will stun your team if you get hit.
Speed Hockey	Work with a partner and knock the shell into the opposing team’s goal. Score three times to win.
Balloon Burst	Work with a partner and pump air into the Bowser balloon to make it burst.	Fill the pump with air until it flashes, allowing you to blow more into the balloon.
Cake Factory	Work with a partner to makes cakes.	Avoid placing the strawberry first or piling two cakes together to avoid ruining it.
Sky Pilots	Work with a partner and fly the plane to the finish line before the other team does.	For a greater speed boost, lift the wings high before flapping down.
Etch ‘n’ Catch	Work with a partner and use the crayons to draw around the Toad stamps to capture them. The team that catches 5 Toads first wins.	Keep in mind that the lines you draw will disappear after reaching a certain length.
Picking Panic	Work with a partner and put as many cherries as you can in the basket.	Observe the different sizes of the cherries to help you predict the distance that each flies.
Eatsa Pizza	Work with a partner and eat up half of the pizza before the other team does.	You will need to press the A button much more rapidly when eating through the toppings and crust as they take longer to chomp down.
Dungeon Duos	Work with a partner to clear all obstacles in the dungeon course.
Revers-a-Bomb	Work with a partner and send Bo-bombs to the opposing team’s side. Hand 10 Bob-ombs to the rival team to win.
Burnstile	Work with a partner and jump over the spiked turnstile. A player is taken out if he gets hit with the turnstile or falls into the lava. The team with any players remaining wins.	The turnstile will speed up as the game progresses so get ready to pick up the pace to win.
Rocky Road	Work with a partner to break down the boulders for Toad that are blocking the road.	Be careful of hurting your partner when destroying the boulders.
Paint Misbehavin’	Work with a partner and shoot the Goombas with paint that corresponds with your team’s color within the time limit. The team that paints the most number of Goombas wins.
