Free-for-All Minigames in Mario Party Superstars

Below are all Free-for-All game modes in Mario Party Superstar’s Mt. Minigames. Included are the objectives of each minigame and useful tips to win. Please note that we are still in the process of updating this page.

Minigame	Objective	Tips
Mushroom Mix-up	Move to the mushroom with the same pattern as Toad’s flag before all other mushrooms sink.	Perform hip drop on opponents to temporarily immobilize them.
Bombs Away	Stay on the island while it rocks and tilts while cannonballs are being fired at you.	Jump just before the bomb hits the island to avoid getting stunned.
Shy Guy Says	Raise the right flag dictated by Shy Guy.	Shy Guy will go faster as you progress through the game and will try to fake you out so stay alert.
Crazy Cutters	Cut along the outline of the fossilized character to dig it up.	Your priority is to cut along the outlines cleanly and as close to the lines as possible to win get more points.
Tipsy Tourney	Slide the shell by tilting the frame to uncover all panels.	Position yourself close to the frame’s edge so you can achieve a bigger angle to tilt and make the shell roll faster.
Dizzy Dancing	Collect the clefs floating above as the record spins.	Your character will be disoriented because of dizziness. Try to figure out how which direction to tilt the left stick to let you walk straight.
Bumper Balls	Force your opponents off the edge of the platform.	Get a feel for the terrain to know how you can take advantage of it against opponents.
Hot Rope Jump	Jump over the rope as it spins.	The rope will speed up and slow down to mess with your rhythm so watch out.
Tread Carefully	Shoot the rival tanks twice to take them out.	Move in and out of cover to make it hard for opponents to hit you.
Bumper Balloon Cars	Pop the balloon of your opponent’s car using the spikes in front of your car.	Get used to changing direction with the left stick as this can make it hard for opponents to target your balloon.
