She is the mother and a new contender to the New York City council race. After her husband Jefferson Davis passed away, Mrs. Morales and her son returned to their roots in East Harlem, the place where Rio was brought up.
Rio stands up for what is right and will not hesitate to check in on her neighbors. She serves as the community leader of the newly established branch of Roxxon Energy Corporation, a petroleum conglomerate. Driven by her motivation to save her home, she faces the challenge of going up against the corporate giant. She is portrayed by Jacqueline Pinol (EN).
