The Tsuchinoko that you caught alive before will appear by the tree near the waterfall.
If you catch the Tsuchinoko and keep it alive until you clear the game, you will be able to unlock the Infinity Face Pain (grants unlimited ammo).

If you wear the Maintenance Crew disguise, enemy soldiers will not recognize you.
Real maintenance personnel, however, will be suspicious of you if you go near them. When this happens, equip a Cardboard Box and move away from them.
Volgin Boss Guide
- If you wear the Raikov mask during the fight, Volgin will get angry.
- Throwing a tree frog at Volgin will distract him.
- Pick up the ammo and grenades that Ocelot throws at you during the fight.
- Grab-and-throw is effective against Volgin.
- Prone to avoid the bullets that Volgin charges with electricity and fires in all directions.
Normal Strategy
Wear the Raikov mask and throw tree frogs at Volgin to disguise him. Then, use the RPG-7 t deal damage.
You can also deplete his health fairly easily with the M63.
You can attack Volgin briefly as he is charging an attack.
No-Kill Strategy (Deplete Stamina)
At the start of the fight, run and throw Volgin to make him kneel. Then, shoot him twice with the MK22 and roll.
Shoot him in the head once with the Mosin Nagant. Then, dodge the electric shock attack and grab him again.
During the second half of the fight, Volgin will unleash an attack in different directions. Avoid Volgin’s attacks as he will be somewhat careless during this phase.
Shoot Volgin with the Mosin Nagant again.
Distract him again with a tree frog and shoot him with the Mosin Nagant again.
After you deplete Volgin’s stamina, you will get the Cold War Camouflage Uniform.
