Lizard Fortress is weak to Thrust. Your main objective for the fight is to trigger Overdrive by constantly activating United Attacks. To counter Lizard Fortress’ Conditional Tech (???), use Formina’s “Scattered Bullets”.
After taking down Lizard Fortress, you will get Ritgram Piece x1 (Key Item).
