You will want to go into Cooperative or Warcry formation to get as many United Attacks as possible as well as increase your Combo Rate to trigger Overdrive constantly.
Just keep triggering United Attacks for as long as possible to accumulate enough Combo Rate for Overdrives.
Iron Maiden’s weakness is the thrust attribute, so aim to interrupt the boss with Techs like Light Spear and Rapid Fire.
Upon defeat, the boss may randomly drop Beowulf, a powerful dagger weapon so you may want to hold out for a reset if you do not get it afterwards.

You will want to constantly use United Attacks to build Combo Rate for Overdrives so go with the Cooperative formation for this fight.
