Character Customization
If fashion is your fancy and black legwear sounds passé, Splatoon 2 offers Character Customization which allows you to switch up the Avatar Inkling’s default apparel with a variety of clothing. Contrary to the first game, the second installment has a variety of legwear to cover up the traditional black.
In the recent sneak peek of the Nintendo Direct’s VOD, the display reveals additional custom options. Splatoon 2 introduces some wacky hairstyles, comfy clothes, tailored legwear, head accessories, and shoes. Depending on the gender of your character, there is a variety of legwear to choose from, ranging from more snug fit pants for girls to loose legwear for boys.
As of the April showcase, female inklings get the chance to choose among the 4 hairstyles, and 3 legwears.
It addition, players get a chance to select which eye color and skin color they want for their characters.
