Anima Shards are type of resource in Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin (FF Origin) that can be used to gain job experience points (Job EXP). This allows you to level-up certain job classes without having to actually use them during main story or side missions. Because of the usefulness of Anima Shards, it is recommended to take the time to farm as many of them throughout the game.

Each Anima Shard grants 4,000 Job EXP to any class, regardless of level (basic, advanced, and master). To use an Anima Shard, go to the Job Tree menu and select a job class. Then, press △ to use the Anima Shard to gain Job EXP.
