Job Leveling Guide for Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin
Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin (FF Origin)‘s gameplay centers around using and leveling up different character job classes which greatly affect your experience during each main story mission. To level-up, you must earn Job Experience (Job EXP) by defeating enemies or using a special type of resource in the game.
Upon leveling-up, you will get job points to unlock more powerful skills and abilities to help you in battle. How proficient you are with certain classes and how many tools are available to you will determine your success against various enemies and bosses in the game. Because of this, it is important to know how to level-up job classes
Ways to Gain Job Experience (Job EXP)
Play a job class as often as possible.
Clearing as many missions as you can with a specific job class lets you gain a good amount of Job EXP to level up. Different missions pit you against a variety of enemies, including mini bosses and bosses, which yield experience when defeated. Try to take out as many foes as you can by exploring each dungeon during missions to earn Job EXP fast.
Use Anima Shards.
Anima Shards are a type of resource that instantly grant any of your unlocked job classes 4,000 Job EXP when used. You can obtain Anima Shards as rewards from main story and side missions. Taking down mini bosses also let you obtain shards.

Tips for Job Leveling
Play on Story difficulty setting.
Enemies encountered in missions on Story difficulty are significantly easier to defeat compared to those in Action and Hard mode. Lower difficulty also allows you to clear missions faster, allowing you to farm Anima Shards much more efficiently.
Play on Hard difficulty setting.
Alternatively, you can do missions on Hard difficulty which will reward more Anima Shards after clearing them. Try to find early-game missions you can run confidently on higher difficulty settings for leveling up classes using Anima Shards.
Look for spots to farm enemies near Cubes.
Finding a spot to farm enemies that gives you a quick route back to a Cube will speed up leveling as well. After clearing out the monsters in the area, use the Cube to make them respawn. Run several cycles of this when grinding for levels in the game.
Use Anima Shards for job classes that you need but rarely play.
Since Anima Shards let you level up job classes without having to switch to them in battle, try to use the resource for granting experience to jobs you are not good at or simply need to unlock Advanced or Expert classes. Jobs that you main will naturally level up as you clear missions so avoid using Anima Shards on them.
