Randy Orlando

One of the instructors at the Thors campus, Randy teaches Combat Tactics to Class VIII. He’s jolly and easygoing. He was raised as one of the Red Constellation’s member, one of the most influential elite mercenary groups. He moved to other organizations and eventually settled on the SSS. When the incident struck Heimdallr, he worked alongside the Thors’ branch campus students to assist Class VII.

He is voiced by Shinichiro Miki (JP).
