Ouroboros’ high ranking official and Hexen Clan’s witch, brought up and accompanied Emma. During the civil war, Vita made use of the Noble Faction to execute the Phantasmal Blaze Plan. Before the plan came into fruition, Chancellor Osborne snatched it from her. After the war, she fled in hiding. She joined the ranks of the Musse, Aurelia, and the Weissland Army for a mission to an unknown territory.

She is voiced by Yukari Tamura (JP).
